The center is open 30 minutes prior to each class.
Classes start on time. If you find yourself running late, please wait to enter the class until any quiet meditative time is over.
We are an adult only facility.
You can create an account by pressing SIGN UP on our class or schedule pages.
You can sign up and pay for your classes online by clicking on the SIGN UP button on the CLASSES or SCHEDULE pages. Most classes hold a small maximum, so signing up in advance it a great idea!
Your first visit to MUUV (your first class) is free. Just select this option when you sign up!

If not you will need to come a few minutes early your first visit to fill out the necessary paper work and familiarize yourself with our class policies. Or down load it here and bring the signed copy with you!
