Jenny loves her students to bring their own mats! If you don't have one already ask Jenny about the awesome Manduka mats she will sell you at cost. If you don't have a mat for your first class, or forget to bring it, we have one you can use too!

Dance
Deep Dance Experience
Come enjoy the class that helped inspire the MUUV Center and meet the teacher that keeps the crowds coming back for more! In this class you are going to dance and sweat! This is a class for any ability, no dance experience required. Come ready for some loud inspiring music, a great cardio workout, and freedom to bring your own moves.*Bare feet for this class is recommended, or indoor only white soled shoes.

Early Bird Dance Fitness
Rise and shine with this restorative, low-impact class. Revitalize your body with a combination of seated floor work, energizing dance with irresistible music, and constructive stretching. Yoga
Vinyasa-Flow Yoga

When you take a class with Jenny Lewis, the inspirational words of writers and philosophers are one of the motivating features that will lift your spirits and engage your intellect.
In these classes Jenny Lewis links breath with dynamic, flowing movement. Each class flows on the breath as students enjoy a variety of asanas including hip openers, backbends, and arm balances. Prepare to breathe deeply, sweat, and most importantly have fun.
Jenny often says that each practice should be a "moving meditation" and what could be more meditative than practicing Yoga while looking over the Boise river in the beautiful studio at MUUV.

Anusara-Inspired Flow
Integrating the hallmarks of Anusara Yoga - a heart-centered philosophy and effective alignment principles - Rachel's Anusara-Inspired classes are uplifting and fun. Each class includes flow elements as well as deeper alignment work in particular postures.This drop in class is off schedule for the summer, July and August.
